How long until my order will be shipped?

Processing time is currently 3-7 days.

What material is used?

Your choice of 14kt Gold Filled or 925 Sterling Silver material is available. I only use material that is waterproof.

14k Gold-filled jewelry is made of a thick layer of real 14-karat gold on top of another metal, like brass. The gold is a little more than half pure. It looks like real gold, costs less, and lasts a long time if you take care of it. It's much stronger and better than gold-plated jewelry.

925 sterling silver is made of pure silver and other metals, usually copper. It is strong and very beautiful.

Both materials are waterproof but I still recommend proper care for it to last a lifetime.

Can I return or exchange my order?

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Lenasjewels does NOT accept refunds, returns or exchanges. However, feel free to contact us through our "contact us" tab to inquire about possible solutions. 

Can I repair or resize my bangle?

Lenasjewels does NOT resize bangles. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. However, if your order has not yet been shipped out, please feel free to contact us to inquire about possible adjustments if your order has yet been packaged!

My package did not arrive. I need a refund.

Once purchased items are handed to UPS or USPS, Lenasjewels is not responsible for any lost or damaged items as it is out of my control. I do not offer refunds.
